Management Philosophy

 

 

We contribute to the 21st century through manufacturing that connects people's hearts and actions that are trustworthy and joyful.

 

At Nichirin, each employee involved in research and development, purchasing, production, sales, etc. takes on the challenge of their own work (manufacturing) with responsibility and enthusiasm, and takes joy in winning the trust of the next process (customers). We also aim to be a company that can contribute to the 21st century by fulfilling our responsibilities to employees and shareholders by continuing to make stable profits as a company, and at the same time recognizing our responsibilities to society and the environment.

Nichirin Corporate Group Code of Conduct

1. Sustainable economic growth and the resolution of social issues
We will develop and provide products and services that are useful and safe for society through technological innovation, construction method improvements, organizational reform, etc., and contribute to sustainable economic growth and the resolution of social issues. 
 
2. Fair business practices

10. Responsibility of top management and thorough implementation of this charter
Top management recognizes that it is their role to realize the spirit of this charter, builds effective governance, and ensures that it is thoroughly known throughout the group. In addition, if an incident occurs that violates the spirit of this charter, we will promptly work to resolve the problem, identify the cause, and prevent recurrence.
